Well it is 9:13pm here in sunny England and I have just come across one of the most clever website designs I have ever seen. I just had to post it. This creative piece of work is thanks to Bryan Katzel, a talented web design located in Illinois. He uses fixed image positioning and transparency to make something truly amazing.

After you first visit the site you instantly notice why it is so different. As you scroll down, paint drips down from above and continues to do so until the bottom of the page is reached. However, along the way the beautifully colored paint is morphed into different shapes, whilst passing cute little gremlins.

The paint continues to fall, and is seen behind the different transparent sections. An excellent use of layering and transparency. The paint then begins to merge into different shapes, the first being flowers then a quite hypnotic pattern.

Overall I would rate the site very high in terms of creativity. I know I and most likely a lot of people, would never have thought of anything like this. I hope to see more web designers follow in Bryan’s footsteps and creatively using fixed image positions and transparency.
Thanks for producing a wonderful site Bryan. Best of luck with the future.

Good read, however, as obvious as it seems, you didn’t actually include a link to the website, would be nice
The link is the title
The words “WeBleedDesign” at the top is the link.
