I have to agree w/ AtiKuSDesign, flash seems to be a staple practice amongst movie sites and it has been for ... a while. And it's true they don't follow the guidelines for web standards, pretty much the genre seems to disregard them intentionally or not to be concerned with them at all. Still, you have to admit, these are very impressive works for that 'niche' if you could call it one.
